Remembering Kermit

Kermit's death, 3 years ago, was tragic and unnecessary and those responsible are yet to acknowledge their mistakes; but we will forever remember Kermit's stoicism and gentle heart and those who love him will never forget how he changed their lives.

And although steps are being made to secure the future of Kermit's Community at Chimp Haven there must be legal documents that state that Primarily Primates, Inc. and Friends of Animals will never attempt to take these chimpanzees away from their home in Keithville, Louisiana. We can not allow the possibility of another preventable death to occur.

We love and miss you Kermit, with all of our hearts.
